Select Mentor

The mentee can select a mentor if the program manager adds the mentee to the self-directed program. After submitting the matching form, you get the “Select Mentor” option on the “Home” page. You can select and send a request to the mentor. If the mentor accepts your request, you will be matched with that mentor. The program manager does not involve in the matching process. The “Select Mentor” option is available only after submitting the matching form and until you get matched.

To Select Your Mentor:

Step 1: On the “Home” page and click Select Mentor.

Step 2: Click MF to compare your and mentor’s matching form responses.

Step 3: Click Save Icon to save the mentor.

Step 4: Click Send Request Icon to send a request to the mentor.
