Matching Process

Print

The mentoring program initiates only after creating the programs and matches. The program manager can only create the matches. It is recommended that the participants have to submit their matching forms to get an appropriate match.

Mentoring Complete has four matching processes: single matching, 3-step matching, auto matching, and preference matching.

Single Matching:

You can create the match in a single step. It supports all three program types: one-to-one, self-directed, and group.

3-step Matching:

You can create the match in three steps: “Search”, “Refine”, and “Finalize”. It supports all three program types: one-to-one, self-directed, and group.

Auto Matching:

The system algorithm provides the matching scores based on the matching form responses of the participants. You can create the match based on the auto-generated matching scores. It supports only one-to-one program type.

Preference Matching:

It is available in auto matching process. You can create matches based on your preferences. You have to set the preferences to find a potential mentor. Based on that, the system auto-generates the matching scores.

Note: It is recommended to create the matches after the mentees and mentors submit the matching form.
