Accept/Decline Mentee Request

If the program manager adds the participants to the self-directed program type, the mentee can choose the mentor. The program manager does not involve in the matching process. If a mentee chooses the mentor, the mentor receives a request on the “Home” page. The match will be “Pending” until you accept the mentee’s request.

To Accept the Mentee Request:

If you accept the mentee’s request, the mentee’s name will be displayed on the “Home” page.

Step 1: Navigate to Home.

Step 2: Click Tick Icon to accept the mentee’s request.

To Decline the Mentee Request:

If you decline the mentee’s request, the mentee gets the response with your message.

Step 1: Navigate to Home.

Step 2: Click Cancel X Icon to decline the mentee’s request.

Step 3: Select your message or enter your message and click SAVE.
