Assign Forms

The programs run primarily on the matches and program forms. The program manager has to assign the program forms to the participants based on the program type. Each form has a series of questions to which the participants have to respond within the set duration.

To Assign Forms:

Prerequisite: Create a Program and Add the Participants

Step 1: Navigate to Program Forms.

Step 2: Click the drop-down menu to select a program.

Step 3: Click Assign Forms.

Step 4: Drag the form from the “Source Form” and drop it into the “Target Form”.

Step 5: Click Assign.
