Create a Match in Auto Matching Process

The mentoring program initiates only after creating the programs and matches. The program manager can only create the matches. The system algorithm provides the matching scores based on the matching form responses of the participants. You can create the match based on the auto-generated matching scores in the auto matching process.

To Create a Match in Auto Matching:

Prerequisite: Create a Program and Add the Participants

Step 1: Navigate to Matches.

Step 2: Click the drop-down menu to select a program.

Step 3: Click Auto Matching.

Step 4: Select the mentee and click SUBMIT.

Note: Before finalizing the match(es), you can

• View the demographic information and compare the matching form responses of the participants.
• Change the mentee and mentor, if you want to refine the match(es).
• Save and finalize them later.
