Create a Match in Preference Matching Process

The mentoring program initiates only after creating the programs and matches. The program manager can only create the matches. Preference matching is available in auto matching process. You can create matches based on preferences. You have to set the preferences to search for a potential mentor. Based on that, the system algorithm auto-generates the matching scores.

To Create a Match in Preference Matching:

Prerequisite: Create a Program and Add the Participants

Step 1: Navigate to Matches.

Step 2: Click the drop-down menu to select a program.

Step 3: Click Auto Matching.

Step 4: Click Preferences.

Step 5: Drag and select your preferences.

Step 6: Click Submit.

Step 7: Select the mentee and click SUBMIT.

Note: Before finalizing the match(es), you can

• View the demographic information and compare the matching form responses of the participants.
• Change the mentee and mentor, if you want to refine the match(es).
• Save and finalize them later.
