Interview User
The program manager has to interview the participant and fill the interview form. Its purpose is to gain a deeper insight into the motivation and commitment of the participant(s) for the program. The interview form elicits information that assists you in making an appropriate match. It is helpful for you to review the participant’s profile prior to the interview and have a copy with you during the interview. You can conduct the interview face-to-face or by phone and it should not exceed half an hour.
Note: You have to assign an interview form to get the “Interview User” option for the participant.
To Interview User:
Step 1: Navigate to Participants.
Step 2: Click the drop-down menu to select a program.
Step 3: Click the Overflow Menu Icon.
Step 4: Click Interview User.
Step 5: Fill the form and click SUBMIT.
