Preselect Mentor

The mentee can preselect the mentor if the program manager adds the mentee to the one-to-one program type. After submitting the matching form, you get the “Preselect Mentor” option on the “Home” page. You can preselect the mentor and suggest the program manager about your preferred mentor. The program manager is the decision maker to finalize the match. Before preselection, you can compare your matching form responses with the mentor’s responses. The “Preselect Mentor” option is available only after submitting the matching form and until you get matched.

To Preselect the Mentor:

Step 1: On the “Home” page, click Preselect Mentor.

Step 2: Click View Matching Form Icon to compare your and mentor’s matching form responses.

Step 3: Select your preferred mentor and click Submit.
