Program Types

Mentoring Complete has three program types: one-to-one, self-directed, and group. The program manager can decide and add the participants to the respective program type.

One-to-one Program Type:

The mentee gets “Preselect Mentor” option. In a 3-step matching process, the “Preselect Mentor” option suggests you about the mentee’s preferred mentor. You can also see the matching scores auto-generated by the system algorithm. However, you have to decide and finalize the match.

Self-Directed Program Type:

The mentee gets “Select Mentor” option to select their desired mentor. You cannot involve in the matching process.

Group Program Type:

You have to create the match based on the matching scores auto-generated by the system algorithm.

Note: It is recommended to create the matches after the mentees and mentors submit the matching form.
