Remind the Participants to Submit the Forms
The programs run primarily on the program forms. Each form has a series of questions to which the participants must respond within the set duration. The “Program Forms” module provides the status of the program forms of all participants. The client admin can remind the participants to submit the forms, if the submission is due.
To Remind the Matched Users:
Step 1: Navigate to Program Forms.
Step 2: Click the drop-down menu to select a program.
Step 3: In the “Activity” field, click Icon.
Step 4: Select Matched Users.
Note: You can select “Unmatched Users” to remind the unmatched users to submit the forms.
Step 5: Click the form for which you want to send a reminder.
Step 6: Select the participant(s) whom you want to remind.
Step 7: Click Email Icon to send an email.
Step 8: Type the subject and message and click Submit.
