In 2009, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) selected MentoringComplete, Mentoring Complete’s online mentoring software, for the launch of its corporate mentoring program. Mentoring Complete also provided training that helped prepare USFWS employees to get the most from their mentoring relationships.
Now that the program has been under way for a few years, we have asked a mentor and a mentoree that have completed the program to share, from their perspective, about the benefits they each experienced.
